Signature sea buckthorn cocktail from Kyrö, with love.
5 cl Kyrö Gin
4 tsp sea buckthorn
2 cl vanilla syrup (or homemade sugar syrup)
2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
Ice
Crush the sea buckthorns in a shaker or in a jar that has a lid. Add other ingredients and lots of ice. Shake well and strain into your favourite glass. Garnish with a few sea buckthorn berries.
